努力提高教学质量,是学校所有工作的出发点和归宿点。针对目前农村初中学校生源素质及教学质量逐年下降的趋势,如何创新农村初中教学质量管理,笔者从制订新目标规划、创新教师管理和学生管理等方面提出了自己的浅见。
Efforts to improve the quality of teaching are the starting point and destination of all school work. In order to innovate the teaching quality management of junior middle school in rural areas, the author puts forward my own opinions on the new goal planning, innovative teacher management and student management.
