目的了解儿童入学入托查验接种证制度的执行现况及其影响因素,为儿童预防接种工作的顺利开展提供可行性依据。方法采用多级整群抽样方法问卷调查黔东南州996名儿童家长,并分别组织卫生、教育部门相关人员进行专题小组讨论和深入访谈。结果95.0%以上的家长认为接种证有用;94.8%的家长认为入学、入托查验接种证有意义。3.6%的家长认为查验接种证没必要,这部分家长认为接种记录没有了,可能会导致盲目补种进而影响孩子身体健康;另外,担心负担不了接种费用。卫生部门持赞同意见;教育部门也认为很有必要,但顾虑凭接种证入学可能会影响入学率。结论尽管实施入学入托查验接种证制度存在诸多问题和困难,但仍应该大力推行该制度。
Objective To understand the status quo and the influencing factors of the vaccination certificate system for admission to nursery schools in order to provide a feasible basis for the smooth implementation of vaccination in children. Methods A total of 996 children in Qiandongnan Prefecture were surveyed by multistage cluster sampling method. The relevant departments of health and education departments were organized to discuss and discuss in depth. Results 95.0% of the parents think the vaccination card is useful; 94.8% of the parents think it is significant to enroll in the vaccination card. 3.6% of parents think it is not necessary to check the vaccination certificate. This part of parents think the inoculation record is not available, which may result in blind replanting and thus affect the child’s health. In addition, they are worried that they can not afford the vaccination fee. The health authorities agree; the education sector also deems it necessary, but concerns that admission to vaccination may affect enrollment rates. Conclusion Although there are many problems and difficulties in implementing the vaccination certificate system on admission, it is still necessary to vigorously promote this system.
