研究了在酸性Tris-盐酸缓冲介质和表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)存在下,达旦黄与Fe(Ⅲ)反应的共振瑞利散射光谱。体系的最大共振散射峰位于波长380 nm处,散射强度(│ΔI_(RRS)│)与0.005~0.12 mg/L范围的Fe(Ⅲ)呈线性关系,检出限(3_(sb)/S)为0.0028 mg/L。方法用于面制食品中铁的测定,回收率为98.5%~103%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.8%~1.2%。
The resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra of up to yellow and Fe (Ⅲ) were studied in the presence of acidic Tris-HCl buffer medium and the surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). The maximum resonance scattering peak of the system is located at the wavelength of 380 nm and the linear relationship between the scattering intensity (│ΔI_ (RRS) │) and Fe (Ⅲ) in the range of 0.005 ~ 0.12 mg / L, the detection limit (3 sb / 0.0028 mg / L. The method was applied to the determination of iron in pasta products. The recoveries were 98.5% -103% with relative standard deviations (n = 6) of 0.8% -1.2%.
