医院是帮助人们恢复健康的重要场所,对于医院的绩效管理是指医院的管理者为了医院的更好发展而通过实施一系列的提高医院绩效成绩的管理活动。在医改的背景下加强医院的绩效管理,不仅可以规范医院工作者的一言一行,而且可以更好的保证医院的长远发展。本文中,对医院绩效管理的现状及意义进行了分析,并针对绩效管理中的不足提出了建议。
Hospital is an important place to help people restore health. For hospital performance management refers to the hospital managers for the better development of the hospital through the implementation of a series of management activities to improve hospital performance. Strengthening hospital performance management under the background of medical reform can not only standardize the words and deeds of hospital workers, but also ensure the long-term development of the hospital. In this paper, the status quo and significance of hospital performance management were analyzed, and suggestions for the problems in performance management were put forward.
