为高效利用资源,充分利用低镍铬红土矿中的镍铬元素,研发了一种新型耐候钢06CuPNi1Cr2.针对转炉冶炼耐候钢过程金属液中铬元素氧化的问题,研究并讨论了冶炼温度和一氧化碳分压对脱碳保铬的影响.转炉冶炼06CuPNi1Cr2耐候钢模拟实验表明,顶吹氧气强度为3.0~3.3 m3.min-1.t-1,终点碳的质量分数为0.02%~0.05%,冶炼终点温度控制在1680~1 700℃时,脱碳保铬效果显著.
In order to utilize resources efficiently and make full use of Ni-Cr elements in low-Ni-Cr laterite, a new type of weathering steel, 06CuPNi1Cr2, has been developed. In order to solve the problem of oxidation of chromium in molten metal during the process of BOF weathering, the effects of smelting temperature and carbon monoxide The influence of the partial pressure on the decarburization and chromate protection is shown in the simulation results of BOF smelting 06CuPNi1Cr2 weathering steel.The results show that the top-blowing oxygen intensity is 3.0 ~ 3.3 m3.min-1.t-1, the final carbon content is 0.02% ~ 0.05% End-point temperature control at 1680 ~ 1 700 ℃, decarburization chromate effect is significant.
