我厂的碱性转炉炉衬开产以来,炉型经过不断改进,炉龄逐步提高,耐火材料逐渐降低,炉令由1956年的每修一次平均32炉,达到1958年一季度每修一次平均60.8炉,最高达到90炉;耐火材料山1956年平均每吨钢消耗27.3kg,降低到1958年一季度,平均每吨钢消耗20.6kg,1957年4季度最低降到18.5kg。炉龄提高102.7%,耐火材料降低25%。炉型由原来圆筒型改为炉膛D字型,进而改进风眼部份炉壳为矩型。现将我厂炉衬制作使用情况及经验叙述于下:
