采用有限元法模拟上颌全口义齿下的骨吸收情况。观察义齿在某一负荷条件下,其下骨组织的吸收发展过程,并通过改变负荷的位置、大小、方向及方式,对骨组织吸收的影响进行比较分析。结果表明骨吸收部位和程度与义齿咬合面的负荷位置关系密切。负荷位置不同,吸收发生部位、发展过程及吸收多少均不相同,其中负荷均匀作用于咬合面吸收程度最小,吸收程度还与负荷力的方向等有关,侧向力作用下骨吸收严重。
Finite element method was used to simulate the bone resorption under maxillary complete denture. To observe the process of the absorption and development of the lower bony tissue under a certain load condition, and to compare and analyze the influence of the bone tissue absorption by changing the location, size, direction and manner of the load. The results show that the location and extent of bone resorption and denture occlusal surface load position is closely related. The position of absorption, the development process and the amount of absorption are different. The uniform load acts on the occlusal surface to absorb the least degree, and the degree of absorption is also related to the direction of the load force. The bone resorption is serious under the lateral force.
