本文主要对取自顺义、菏泽和廊坊三个地区的五年生欧美杨107试样进行了化学成分分析、纤维形态测定及制浆性能研究。结果表明,顺义地区沙土欧美杨107的木素含量较低为21.58%;综纤维素含量最高,为81.02%;在相同的AS-AQ法制浆工艺条件下,卡伯值和K/Y值均最低,分别为17.98和0.341;粗浆得率最高,为52.69%,黏度适中,1112mL/g;制浆性能优于其它欧美杨107试样。
In this paper, chemical composition analysis, fiber morphology and pulping performance of five-year-old poplar 107 from five regions of Shunyi, Heze and Langfang were studied. The results showed that the content of lignin in Shunyi sandy soil was lower 21.58% and that of holocellulose was 81.02%. Under the same AS-AQ pulping process, the Kappa number and K / Y value With the lowest values of 17.98 and 0.341 respectively. The highest crude pulp yield was 52.69% with a moderate viscosity of 1112mL / g. The pulping performance was superior to other European and American poplar samples.
