传统高中物理教学仍是一刀切、千人一面的教育方式,统一的教学评价严重挫伤了部分学生物理学习的积极性,压抑了学生的个性发展。为了改变这种局面,高中物理教学应实施有差异的教学策略,以满足不同学生的学习需要,为学生的差异发展提供更为广阔的空间。那么,在高中物理教学中什么样的差异教学策略才能满足学生的差异发展,如何在高中物理教学中实施这些策略,成为广大高中物理教师急需探究的问题。因此,本文结合近几年我校教学改革经验进行探讨,分析差异教学策略的构建原则,提出构建高中物理个体差异之教学策略。
Traditional high school physics teaching is still a one-size-fits-all, one-man education mode. The unified teaching evaluation seriously dampens the enthusiasm of some students in physics study and depresses the individual personality development of students. In order to change this situation, high school physics teaching should implement different teaching strategies to meet different students’ learning needs and provide a broader space for the students to develop differently. So, what kind of difference teaching tactics can meet the difference development of students in physics teaching of high school, how to implement these tactics in high school physics teaching has become the urgent problem that high school physics teachers need to explore. Therefore, this article discusses the teaching reform experience of our university in recent years, analyzes the construction principle of the difference teaching strategy, and puts forward the teaching tactics of constructing individual differences in high school physics.
