政府采购是一项公开、公平、公正的工作,科学化、法制化、规范化的政府采购管理,不仅有利于节约采购成本,提高财政资金的使用效益,而且有利于强化财政支付、维护人民的公共利益。本文立足于政府采购管理的基本理论,首先阐述了政府采购的概念,其次就目前我国实施政府采购管理过程中出现的问题进行了分析,最后提出来相应的改进措施,旨在为加强政府采购从业人员的管理,提高管理水平提供参考。
Government procurement is an open, fair and impartial work, scientific, legal and standardized management of government procurement, which not only helps save procurement costs and improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds, but also helps to strengthen the financial payment and safeguard people’s public interest.
