目的探讨保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床价值。方法对在内蒙古呼伦贝尔市医院肿瘤科诊治并具有保乳手术指征的40例早期乳腺癌患者行保乳手术+术后放化疗及内分泌治疗等综合治疗,并对所有患者术后进行钼靶X线等检查随访。结果 40例患者随访6～44个月,其中随访3a以上者28例,均无局部及全身转移发生,生存率100%;乳房外形满意率为95%(38/40)。结论早期乳腺癌采用保乳手术治疗可以取得较好的效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer. Methods Forty cases of early breast cancer who were diagnosed as having breast conserving surgery in Department of Oncology, Hulunbuir City Hospital of Inner Mongolia were treated with breast-conserving surgery combined with radiochemotherapy and endocrine therapy after operation. All patients were treated with molybdenum target X Line inspection follow-up. Results Forty patients were followed up for 6 to 44 months. 28 patients were followed up for more than 3 years. No local or systemic metastasis occurred. Survival rate was 100%. Breast appearance satisfaction rate was 95% (38/40). Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer can achieve better results and is worth further clinical application.
