以自制的抗菌材料和低分子量聚异丁烯为主要原料,采用熔融共混工艺,研究制备了自粘性抗菌材料。研究结果表明:聚异丁烯的添加明显降低了熔融混料时的扭矩,抗菌材料熔融流变性能得到改善,且对抗菌材料的结晶形态无影响;随着聚异丁烯添加量的增加抗菌材料的拉伸强度有所下降,断裂伸长率明显增加;聚异丁烯的添加量对抗菌效果没有影响;自粘抗菌膜的剥离强度和搭接强度随聚异丁烯用量的增加而增加。
Using self-made antibacterial materials and low molecular weight polyisobutylene as the main raw materials, self-adhesive antibacterial materials were prepared by melt blending technology. The results showed that the addition of polyisobutylene significantly reduced the torque at melt blending, the rheological properties of the antimicrobial material were improved, and the morphology of the antimicrobial material was not affected. With the increase of polyisobutylene content, The strength decreased and the elongation at break increased obviously. The addition amount of polyisobutene had no effect on the antibacterial effect. The peel strength and overlap strength of self-adhesive antibacterial film increased with the increase of polyisobutylene dosage.
