1988年以来,在邓小平同志“发展高科技,实现产业化”思想指导下,通过实施火炬计划,我省高新技术产业从小到大,健康快速发展,取得了显著成绩,对带动产业结构升级起到了重要作用,成为我省国民经济中最有活力最有发展前景的新兴产业。十年来,我省高新技术产业累计实现技工贸总收入294.9亿元,出口创汇4.2亿美元,利税36.5亿元。1997年,我省高新技术产业经济规模首次突破百亿元,实现产值137.6亿元,高新技术产业增加值占乡及乡以上工业增加值的比重达到7.0％,技工贸总
Since 1988, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping’s thinking of “developing high-tech and realizing industrialization”, with the implementation of the Torch Plan, high and new-tech industries in our province have made remarkable achievements in promoting high-tech industries and upgrading their industrial structure. An important role in our province to become the most dynamic and most promising emerging industries. In the past ten years, the total high-tech industry in our province has realized a total revenue of 29.49 billion yuan from technology, industry and trade, an export volume of 420 million U.S. dollars and a profit and tax of 3.65 billion yuan. In 1997, the economic scale of high-tech industries in our province exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time and the output value reached 13.76 billion yuan. The added value of high-tech industries accounted for 7.0% of the added value of the industries above the township level and above the township level.
