我院在门诊应用地塞米松治疗血管神经性头痛78例,男19例,女59例;年龄10～50岁。临床疗效满意,现总结如下: 诊断依据:1.发作性头痛,每次发作形式相似,发作间歇期如常人;2.呈搏动性跳痛;3.恶心,甚至呕吐;4.服一般镇痛剂无效,服麦角胺咖啡因片可使头痛缓解;5.神经系统检查无阳性体征所见,脑电图检查正常。药物用法及用量:1.地塞米松片每次1.5mg,每日3次口服,连服7天。第8天开始将地塞米松用量减至每次0.75mg,每日3次口服,继服7天;2.
