图1所示的双曲面蒙皮钣件,结构刚性差、外形复杂。此件铆接装配传统工艺是以骨架为基准的,即首先将骨架装配好,再把蒙皮钣件贴在骨架上,首尾连接在一起。这种工艺方法尽管把骨架零件制造精度控制得很严,但是,由于以骨架为基准,铆接装配后,蒙皮钣件流线度在0.8~1.0mm之间,很难保证产品的总装要求。随着塑料工业的迅速发展,我厂设计了如图2所示包络式装配夹具(以下简称包络夹具)。夹件定位件采用层压成形新工艺,用环氧树脂塑造。装配时以蒙皮钣件外形为基准,被铆接的全部零件完全安装在定位
