我们于1979年12月至1982年2月共收治本病16例。其中男5例,女11例。5个月者1例,～9个月9例,～12个月6例。16例均系人工喂养,以奶粉、饼干、面糊为主食,未添加维生素C的辅食,也未补充过维生素C。2例从不吃蔬菜、水果等食物。入院前患病时间:10天以内1例,～20天5例,～30天6例,31天以上4例。最短4天,最长2个月。症状和体征:16例均有两下肢痛疼,活动受限,呈曲施状态,似蛙状,压痛明显,不喜人抱或挪动。发热8例,精神不振7例。烦哭9例,食欲减退5例,呕吐、腹泻各1例。腰背痛不能坐2例,肋骨串珠3例,皮下血肿1例,胫前明显肿胀7例。并发肺炎、低钙抽搐各1例。
We in December 1979 to February 1982 were treated 16 cases of the disease. There were 5 males and 11 females. 1 in 5 months, 9 in ~ 9 months, 6 in ~ 12 months. 16 cases were all artificially fed, with milk powder, biscuits, batter as the staple food, did not add supplementary food supplement of vitamin C, nor vitamin C supplementation. 2 cases never eat vegetables, fruits and other foods. Pre-admission prevalence time: 1 case within 10 days, ~ 20 days in 5 cases, ~ 30 days in 6 cases, more than 31 days in 4 cases. The shortest 4 days, up to 2 months. Symptoms and signs: 16 cases of both lower extremity pain, limited mobility, Qu Shi state, like a frog-like, tenderness significantly, do not like people hold or move. Fever in 8 cases, lack of energy in 7 cases. 9 cases of crying, 5 cases of loss of appetite, 1 case of vomiting and diarrhea. Low back pain can not sit in 2 cases, rib beaded in 3 cases, 1 case of subcutaneous hematoma, tibia obvious swelling in 7 cases. Concurrent pneumonia, low calcium convulsions in 1 case.
