“管理”顾名思义,一是“管”,二是“理”、(管起来,理清楚),一般是指为实现一定目的而采取的组织协调方法和组织活动。在企业中,由于我们考虑问题的角度、涉及内容的侧重不同,往往把一些管理叫做民主管理,而把另一些管理称之为专业管理。当然,民主管理和专业管理均有各自的特征,是有一定区别的。但是,当我们用系统论的观点来考察民主管理和专业管理时,不难发现两者在很大程度上是包容相关的,不少地方则是重叠的。举例来说:
