本文简要介绍了钻井期间影响套管磨损的主要因素:钻杆与套管的接触力、狗腿严重度、泥浆成分和套管钢级。接触力越大,磨损越严重;狗腿度越大,磨损越严重;清水中套管的磨损最大,水基泥浆中套管的磨损比清水中的轻,非加重的油基泥浆中套管的磨损更轻;对于K 55、N 80、P110三种钢级的套管,P110磨损最快,N 80次之,K 55最慢。
