目的:采用差示分光光度法测定氧氟沙星滴眼液的含量,不受辅料的干扰。方法:在波长297nm处,以氧氟沙星在0.1mol·L~(-1)氢氧化钠溶液为参比液,测得其在0.1mol·L~(-1)盐酸溶液中的差示吸收值。结果:氧氟沙星浓度在5~17.5μg·ml~(-1)范围内ΔA与溶液浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.93%,结论;该法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of ofloxacin eye drops by differential spectrophotometry, without interference from excipients. Methods: At a wavelength of 297 nm, ofloxacin in 0.1 mol·L ~ (-1) sodium hydroxide solution was used as a reference solution and its difference in 0.1 mol·L ~ (-1) hydrochloric acid solution was measured Absorbance. RESULTS: The concentration of ofloxacin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9992) between the concentration of 5-17.5 μg · ml -1 and the average recovery of 100.2% with a RSD of 0.93%.
