30年前恢复高考制度的历史事件以及30年来的高考制度改革,体现了当代中国教育在其发展、变革过程中的主体性和能动精神,这种主体性和能动精神将继续成为推动高考制度改革创新的动力;同时,要努力形成关于高考制度改革创新的科学的价值理念和认识方法,充分兼顾主体的能动意识和社会环境的制约作用,坚持实事求是、稳步推进和循序渐进的原则与策略。
The historical events that restored the college entrance examination system 30 years ago and the reform of the college entrance examination system over the past 30 years reflect the subjectivity and dynamic spirit of contemporary Chinese education in its development and transformation process. This subjectivity and initiative spirit will continue to promote the reform of the college entrance examination system. At the same time, efforts should be made to form a scientific value concept and method of understanding the reform and innovation of the college entrance examination system, to give full consideration to the subject’s active awareness and the constraints of the social environment, and to adhere to the principles and strategies of seeking truth from facts, steadily advancing, and step by step.
