STS教育思想要求改变难、繁、偏、旧和过于注重书本知识的现状,加强课程内容和与学生生活及现代社会和科技的联系,关注学生的学习兴趣和经验;要求了解科学、技术和社会,使学生经历科学探究的过程。从而提高未来公民的科学素养。高中物理教育中,渗透STS教育的途径很多,主要有课堂探究和研究性学习两个大的方面。
