高等学校成人教育经过20多年的发展,取得了显著的成绩,并出现了三个显著的特点:生源增多、规模增大、管理机制更趋完备。但由于多年来成人教育更多地把眼光放在了规模的扩大上,而对成人教育教学质量这一最为关键的问题却重视不够。本文将着重分析影响高校成人教育教学质量的因素及应采取的对策。
After more than 20 years of development, the adult education in colleges and universities has made remarkable achievements. There are three salient features: the increase of students, the increase of their scale, and the more perfect management mechanism. However, as adult education has been paying more attention to the expansion of its scale over the years, the most critical issue regarding the quality of adult education is not sufficiently emphasized. This article will focus on analyzing the factors that affect the quality of adult education in colleges and universities and the countermeasures that should be taken.
