目的:调查住院士兵疾病构成及医疗消耗情况,了解发病原因及医疗消耗较多的病种。方法:统计2006年1月-2008年6月我院住院士兵病案资料,分析主要疾病构成和医疗消耗费用顺位。结果:排在内科前6位的疾病为泌尿生殖、消化、呼吸、神经、传染病和肿瘤,占43.4%;排在外科前6位的疾病为胃肠肝胆胰腺、骨骼肌肉组织、皮肤及皮下组织、损伤与中毒、五官、肛门及直肠疾病,占51.1%。排在前10位的疾病共消耗医疗费用1023.44万元,占95.1%。结论:泌尿生殖、胃肠肝胆胰腺、骨骼肌肉组织疾病等是影响士兵健康的主要系统疾病;外科、胃肠、心胸、眼科等疾病消耗医疗费用最多。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the disease composition and medical expenditures of soldiers in hospital and to find out the causes of the disease and the types of diseases that consume more medicine. Methods: Statistics January 2006 - June 2008 hospitalized medical records of patients in our hospital, analysis of the main diseases and medical expenses in the same order. Results: The top 6 diseases were genitourinary, digestive, respiratory, neurological, infectious and cancerous, accounting for 43.4%. The top 6 surgical diseases were gastrointestinal hepatobiliary and pancreas, skeletal musculature, skin and subcutaneous Tissue, injury and poisoning, facial features, anus and rectal diseases accounted for 51.1%. The top 10 diseases cost a total of 10,234,400 yuan of medical expenses, accounting for 95.1%. Conclusion: Urogenital, gastrointestinal hepatobiliary and pancreatic, skeletal muscle tissue diseases are the major systemic diseases that affect the health of soldiers. The diseases such as surgery, gastrointestinal, cardio-thoracic and ophthalmology consume the most medical expenses.
