高职教育应以职业需求为基本导向,职业素质教育为基本核心。高职培养目标的制订要以就业为主导,注重学生动手能力、技术应用能力和创新能力的培养,将理论教学与实践教学紧密结合。积极探索开放型实验室的运行模式,做到教师中心地位向学生主体地位的转变、知识与技能的传承与发展创新相结合、课内课外、校内校外相结合。
Vocational education should be based on occupational needs as the basic guide, occupation quality education as the basic core. The development of higher vocational training objectives should be based on employment, pay attention to the students ability to practice, technology and innovation ability, the theoretical teaching and practice teaching closely. Actively explore the operating mode of open laboratory to achieve the teacher’s status as the dominant position of the students to change, the inheritance of knowledge and skills and development of innovative combination of extracurricular and extracurricular school.
