为了提高热加工生产线温度控制精度和抗干扰性能,设计了温度控制系统的算法。在对系统固有特性分析的基础上,围绕热加工生产线温度对象大时滞特性这个控制难点,研究了用于大时滞特性对象控制的基于规则的智能控制算法,设计了智能PI控制算法,实现了对热加工生产线温度的满意控制。
In order to improve the temperature control accuracy and anti-jamming performance of the thermal processing production line, the algorithm of the temperature control system is designed. On the basis of analyzing the inherent characteristics of the system, this dissertation focuses on the control difficulty of the large time-delay characteristics of temperature objects in the thermal processing production line. The intelligent rule-based control algorithm for the control of large-scale time-delay object is studied, and the intelligent PI control algorithm is designed. Satisfactory control of the temperature of the hot processing line.
