近年来,中共中央、国务院多次在决议和报告中倡导开展全民阅读活动。企业文化部(教育部、党委宣传部)党支部积极响应“全民阅读”号召,为推进工行学习型银行建设,于2014年5月在总行本部开展了“全员阅读”活动。两年多来,这项活动在探索中前行、在创新中提升,已成为总行本部最受欢迎、参与人数最多的学习品牌活动,起到了凝聚人心、促进和谐、提升素质、助推发展的品牌引领作用。
