近年来,企业生产经营活动的短期行为导致职工教育的滑坡现象,已经引起了越来越多的有识之士的重视。许多同志撰文分析了不利于职工教育健康发展的种种社会原因,以充足的证据论述了职工教育对提高企业经济效益的作用,有的还绘出了职工教育经济效益的定量计算式。这对进一步提高职工教育在企业活动中的地位、制止职工教育的继续滑坡起了积极的作用。但是,现在的问题是:为什么这些努力并未使职工教育的局面得到明显的好转?笔者认为:职工教育的滑坡除了外部因素(客观原因)外,还应该冷静地、实事求是地检讨一下职工教育的内部因素(主观
