本文主要论述了连杆成形辊锻工艺课题研究中的三个专题研究成果: 1.“连杆成形辊锻工艺及其技术特点”。在此部分文中概要介绍了目前在全国推广应用的本课题研究的工艺成果一连杆成形辊锻的典型工艺及其技术优越性。 2.“辊锻件前后壁轮廓成形规律的试验研究”。在此部分的研究结果中表明:辊锻过程区别于其他锻造方法而有其自身的特点和规律性。故辊锻毛坯或辊锻模前后壁轮廓角的设计以及工艺参数的确定,必须按其自身规律来选择,否则将得不到予想的结果。文中提供了一部分关于确定辊锻件前后壁轮廓角的实验曲线。 3.“连杆辊锻过程中的力能参数测定与分析”。这部分是采用电测法对195W型柴油机连杆辊锻过程的力能参数进行了测定,取得了国内第一批有关该工艺的实测的力能数据。文中还对比分析了埃克隆德等三个理论公式的计算结果,并提出了自己的看法。
This article mainly discusses the three special topics in the research of roll forming technology: 1. “Connecting rod forming roll forging technology and its technical characteristics.” In this part of the article, the typical process and technical superiority of a single-link forming roll forging are briefly introduced in this paper, which is currently popularized throughout the country. 2. “Roll forgings profile before and after the wall contour of the experimental study.” In this part of the research results show that: roll forging process differs from other forging methods and has its own characteristics and regularity. Therefore, forging blank or roll forging mold before and after the contour angle of the wall design and process parameters to determine, according to their own laws to choose, or will not get the desired results. The article provides some experimental curves for determining the profile angle of front and rear wall of roll forging. 3 “rod roll forging process of energy parameters measurement and analysis.” In this part, the force parameters of roll forging process of 195W diesel engine are measured by electrical measurement method, and the first batch of domestic force data about this process have been obtained. The article also comparatively analyzed the calculation results of three theoretical formulas such as Eckold and put forward their own views.
