企业文化作为现代企业发展的关键管理元素,包括物质层、精神层以及观念层3个层次,不同的层次对企业发展产生不同的作用,所谓物质层就是采取多种手段对外界和员工的生理产生一定影响使其推动企业发展,精神层是指通过影响员工的心理使其自然而然的做出对企业发展有利的行为,至于观念层则是借助于具体的规章制度来影响并进一步约束员工的行为来带动企业进步。如今,企业文化已成为企业进行企业管理和规划的基本目标之一,尤其是在现代全球经济一体化的进程加速推进的情况下,企业所面临的市场竞争愈演愈烈,企业文化对企业的长远发展产生不可替代的作用,只有用独特的企业文化感染、带动、鼓舞员工,凝聚企业的团队力量,才能使企业的自我发展呈现出良性循环的态势,在激烈的市场竞争中易于不败之地。基于此,本文主要介绍了企业文化建设在企业管理中的重要作用,揭示了文化建设过程中的几个误区并简单提出几项措施建设巩固企业文化。
