由于口服某些片剂而引起食道溃疡,目前已日益清楚地被人们认识到了。业经确认涉及这一问题的片剂有溴化 emepronium、缓慢析出钾的药物。下面报道因口服一片盐酸四环素而引起食道溃疡的一个病例。病例报告某伊拉克男性,24岁,以前无上消化道病或食道异常,为治疗胸部感染而连续口服7天疗程的四环素片剂(250毫克),其间未服其它药物。某深夜1点钟,他未用水吞咽了一片四环素后立即卧床入睡。次日凌晨4时因上腹部和下胸骨后部强烈疼痛而醒来,饮水、喝牛奶及服用制酸药均不能缓解。此后未再服用四环素。8小时后被送入医院急诊室时,食道疼痛及吞咽痛仍未停
Esophageal ulcers, caused by the oral administration of certain tablets, are now increasingly clearly recognized. The tablets that have been identified as involved in this problem are emepronium bromide, a slow-release potassium drug. The following report of oral administration of tetracycline hydrochloride caused a case of esophageal ulcer. Case Report A 24-year-old Iraqi male with no previous history of upper gastrointestinal or esophageal antecedents and tetracycline (250 mg) given a continuous oral 7-day regimen for the treatment of chest infections was given no other medication. At 1 o’clock in the middle of the night, he slept in bed immediately after swallowing a tetracycline without water. 4 o’clock the next day because of the strong pain in the upper abdomen and lower sternum woke up, drinking, drinking milk and taking antacids can not be alleviated. Tetracycline has not been taken since then. Eight hours later was admitted to the hospital emergency room, esophageal pain and swallowing pain has not stopped
