目的:研究日光温室内冬季育苗对抑制当归早期抽薹的效应。方法:设播期单因子4水平,随机排列,3次重复。结果:冬季育苗的播种期对当归苗的生长、成苗,及定植后的生长、抽薹、产量形成和品质都有重要影响,其中极显著影响产量。冬季育当归苗7月中旬茎节开始伸长,比传统苗推迟约50d;7月下旬为抽薹高峰期,比传统苗推迟约40d。冬季育当归苗早期抽薹率最高为1%,最低为0。11月28日播种的当归苗,成药产量、根折干率、醇溶性浸出物、挥发油和阿魏酸含量5项指标最高。综合认为,当归冬季床播育苗最佳播种期应选择11月末至12月中旬。结论:冬季育苗可明显抑制当归早抽薹,最佳播种期应选择11月末至12月中旬。
Objective: To study the effect of winter seedling in solar greenhouse on the inhibition of early bolting of Angelica sinensis. Methods: The sowing date single factor 4 levels, random arrangement, 3 times repeated. Results: The sowing period of winter nursery had an important influence on the growth, seedling establishment, growth and bolting after bolting, yield formation and quality of Angelica sinensis seedling, which significantly affected the yield. Growing anodalis seedlings in mid-July began to elongate internodes, about 50 days later than the traditional seedlings. In late July, the bolting period was about 40 days later than the traditional seedlings. The early bolting rate of P. orientalis seedlings in winter is 1% at the lowest, and the lowest is 0. The highest index of 5 indexes of Angelica sinensis, medicinal herb yield, root drying rate, alcohol-soluble extract, volatile oil and ferulic acid content sowed on November 28th. Taken together, angelica bed seedling sowing best seeding period should be selected from late November to mid-December. Conclusion: Winter seedling can significantly inhibit the early bolting of Angelica sinensis, the best sowing date should be selected from late November to mid-December.
