采用丙三醇-水复合溶剂共沉淀法制得Ce∶YAG荧光粉。借助pH计检测共沉淀中pH值的变化,用FT-IR、XRD、SEM和荧光光谱仪分析了前驱体的成分、样品的结构、形貌及发光性能。结果表明,醇的加入明显提高了原有水体系的pH值和黏度;pH值控制在8~9之间和适当增大溶液的黏度能促进多金属离子体系的均匀共沉淀,利于稳定获得焙烧中无过渡相出现的纯相Ce∶YAG荧光粉;另外丙三醇起到了分散剂的作用,所得粉体相对于水体系具有更好的分散性,且具有更好的发光性能。
Using glycerol - water composite coprecipitation solvent Ce: YAG phosphor. The pH value of the coprecipitates was measured by pH meter. The composition, morphology, and luminescence properties of the precursors were analyzed by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the addition of alcohol significantly increased the pH value and viscosity of the original water system. The pH value was controlled between 8 and 9 and the viscosity of the solution was properly increased to promote the coprecipitation of the multimetallic system, In the absence of transition phase appears pure phase Ce: YAG phosphors; In addition, glycerol has played a role of dispersant, the resulting powder relative to the water system has better dispersion, and has better luminescent properties.
