探讨了Nd含量对纯三元NdFeB合金氢化/歧化/脱氢/重组(HDDR)工艺以及其显微组织变化的影响。结果表明:Nd含量的增加促进了HDDR工艺过程加快、最佳工艺处理温度降低,并使其显微组织中晶粒尺寸的不均匀性增大。
The effect of Nd content on the hydrogenation / disproportionation / dehydrogenation / recombination (HDDR) process and the microstructure of the pure ternary NdFeB alloy was investigated. The results show that the increase of Nd content accelerates the HDDR process, decreases the optimum process temperature and increases the grain size heterogeneity in the microstructure.
