党的二大关于党组织与群众的关系问题有着非常明确的说法,指出要组成一个大的“群众党”。对于政党来说,“群众党”是一个很要紧的概念,世界上还没有哪个政党敢公开声明自己是不代表群众的。但是,“群众党”究竟是什么意思呢?它是一个政党的阶级性(代表广大劳工群众)、群众性(同人民群众鱼水情深)与包容性(包容社会各阶层)的高度统一。文章从党的二大说开去,试论“群众党”的当代意蕴以及对新时期党建与党的群众工作的启示。
The second party’s party has a very clear statement on the relationship between the party organizations and the masses and points out that it is necessary to form a big “mass party.” For political parties, the “mass party” is a very important concept. No political party in the world has dared to publicly declare that it does not represent the masses. However, what exactly does “mass party” mean? It is a high degree of unity between the party’s class (representing the vast majority of the working masses), the mass (deep-seated with the masses of the people) and the inclusive (including all sectors of society). The article begins with the second principle of the Party and tries to discuss the contemporary connotation of the “mass party” and the enlightenment on the party construction and mass work in the new period.
