世界知識產權組織(WIPO)的邀請,以國家版權局副局長閻曉宏為團長的中國版權代表團一行六人,於2005年9月22 日至24日訪問了WIPO總部。訪問期間,中國版權代表團與WIPO總幹事伊德里斯在非常友好的氣氛中舉行了會談。伊德里斯總幹事表示,中國是重要的發展中國家,近年來在知識產權保護方面取得了很大的進步和明顯的成效,對促進國際知識產權制度的發展發揮了重要作用。談到中國的版權保護工作,總幹事表示:WIPO支持中國版權保護制度的建設,支持中國加入兩個新條約。WIPO願意在版權教育、版權集體管理、民間文學藝術保護等方面與中國開展各種形式的深入合作,特別是對於版權在經濟社會發展中的重要作用,WIPO願意與中國合作開展相關調查和分析工作。閻曉宏副局長在會談中簡要介紹了近期中國在版權保護方面取得的新進展,特別是去年以來我國《著作權集體管理條例》、《網絡傳播權行政保護辦法》的頒佈實施、開展專項治理及政府部門軟件正版化活動、舉辦版權保護演唱會以及開展中學生版權保護主題教育活動等有關情况。在談到WIPO兩個新條約時,閻局長表示,我國對加入兩個新條約持積極態度,有關實施信息網絡傳播權的保護條例將於2006年上半年出台;中國
At the invitation of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a 6-member Chinese copyright delegation headed by Yan Xiaohong, deputy director of the State Copyright Administration, visited WIPO headquarters from September 22 to September 2005.
