机械结构和工艺正在迅速更新,为此须制订简单易行的产品质量控制法和寿命预测法。为此制订了全封闭压缩机质量的按阶段多因素控制系统。各阶段均采用统计诊断。多因素控制系统功能为:用空转法对压缩机运动机构装配质量作100%控制;按空气流量试验台试验结果评价基本容积特性;在量热试验台上确定少量压缩机的热力特性;确认前几阶段中报废的压缩机的故障。
