Mg-Li合金作为超轻金属结构材料,由于其具有较高的比强度、较好的成形性和良好的电磁屏蔽性能,在航空航天以及军事领域具有良好的发展前景。综述Mg-Li合金的研究进展并指出其面临的三大问题。针对Mg-Li合金较差的耐蚀性,重点总结合金的腐蚀行为,并详细地介绍包括电镀、化学镀、等离子喷涂、熔盐置换、化学转化膜、阳极氧化、微弧氧化、有机涂层以及有机-无机杂化涂层等表面处理技术。最后,探讨Mg-Li合金腐蚀与防护的发展方向。
As an ultra-light metal structural material, Mg-Li alloy has good development prospects in the aerospace and military fields due to its high specific strength, good formability and good electromagnetic shielding performance.
