通过自行研制的动态变形测量系统,对焊接过程板外变形进行实时测量。研究钨极氩弧焊接过程中,不同焊接条件下铝合金 5A12 板外变形动态过程及最终残余变形形态。分析板外变形动态过程及最终残余变形的产生机制及影响因素。结果表明,试板厚度和焊接热输入对焊接板外变形动态过程及最终残余变形有很重要的影响。残余板外变形分为,拱形、波浪形、碗形 3 种形态。
Through the self-developed dynamic deformation measurement system, real-time measurement of deformation outside the welding process is carried out. In the process of TIG welding, the dynamic process and the final residual deformation of 5A12 aluminum alloy plate under different welding conditions were studied. Analysis of the dynamic process of plate deformation and the ultimate residual deformation mechanism and influencing factors. The results show that the thickness of the test plate and the welding heat input have an important influence on the dynamic process and the final residual deformation of the welded plate. Residual plate deformation is divided into arched, wavy, bowl-shaped three kinds of forms.
