红薯(即地瓜)是我地主要粮食作物之一,其中部分加工成淀粉。可否用洗粉后的渣来栽培凤尾菇?我们在这方面作了尝试,收到了良好的经济效益。 (一)培养基制备:鲜红薯渣含水量很高,在栽培时要挤掉多余水份,使含水量在75％左右,再加米糠或麸皮20％(也可掺入25％稻草),石膏1.5％,糖1％,用1％石灰水调整pH在7.5～9,并拌入适量多菌灵,最终含水最为60％。
