目的了解江苏某硅材料制备公司在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,调查该公司接触职业病危害因素工人的健康状况,以采取有效的防控措施,保护从业人员的身体健康。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法。结果该企业主要的职业病危害因素监测合格率为:噪声63.2%,粉尘74.4%,高温20.0%;接害工人职业健康检查异常检出率为:听力损失24.63%,肺功能异常5.54%,高仟伏胸片异常3.32%,血常规异常2.24%,尿常规异常3.03%。结论该公司的作业现场中粉尘、噪声、高温危害较严重,对作业人员的健康造成了一定程度的影响,须加强职业危害治理和个人防护,切实保护工人的身体健康。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards that exist in the production process of a silicon material preparation company in Jiangsu Province and investigate the health status of the workers exposed to occupational hazards in order to take effective measures to prevent and control the health of employees. Methods of occupational health survey, occupational health tests, occupational health checks and other methods. Results The qualified rate of major occupational hazards monitoring was 63.2% of noise, 74.4% of dust and 20.0% of high temperature. The detection rate of occupational health examination was 24.63%, pulmonary function was 5.54% 3.32% of chest X-ray abnormalities, abnormal blood 2.24%, abnormal urinary 3.03%. Conclusion The dust, noise and high temperature in the operation site of the company are more endangering and have a certain degree of impact on the health of workers. Occupational hazards management and personal protection should be strengthened to effectively protect the health of workers.
