8月20日～22日,全国林业专业合作组织建设工作会议在山东省临沂市召开。国家林业局副局长张建龙提出,要全面推进林业专业合作组织建设,发挥林业专业合作组织在资金、技术、劳力等资源优化配置方面的优势,以及在经营管理,规模化、产业化发展,应对市场等方面的作用,不断深化集体林权制度改革,巩固改革成果,加快我国现代林业发展进程。
