研究白灵菇菌株Pl.n0006的生物学特性,探索其在固体发酵条件下的最佳生长条件,为其栽培技术研究奠定基础。采用不同的固体培养基,研究培养基的组成、含水量、酸碱度及光照对菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:白灵菇菌丝在添加麦皮或稻草粉的木屑培养基中都能较好地生长;在培养基中添加1%~5%的石灰可促进菌丝生长,而添加1%~5%的过磷酸钙反而会抑制菌丝生长,菌丝在PDA培养基上生长的最佳p H值为8~11;在黑暗条件下培养,菌丝的生长速度显著比光照条件下快。
The biological characteristics of Pleurotus nebrodensis strain Pl.n0006 was studied, and its optimum growth conditions under solid fermentation conditions were explored, laying a foundation for its cultivation technology. Different solid medium was used to study the effects of medium composition, water content, pH and light on mycelial growth. The results showed that the mycelium of Pleurotus nebrodensis grew well in the woodchips medium with the addition of wheat flour or rice straw flour. The addition of 1% ~ 5% lime to the medium promoted the growth of mycelium, while the addition of 1% In contrast, 5% superphosphate inhibited mycelial growth. The optimum p H value for mycelial growth on PDA medium was 8-11. Under dark conditions, the mycelial growth rate was significantly faster than that under light.
