采用反相ＨＰＬＣ紫外检测法，利用同一内标物（视黄醇醋酸酯），同时测定血清视黄醇和α生育酚。本法在视黄醇为１０００μｇ／Ｌ、α生育酚为１０ｍｇ／Ｌ内线性良好。视黄醇最低检限为１０μｇ／Ｌ，回收率为９６２４％，批内和批间ＣＶ值分别为３１％和３３％；α生育酚最低检限为０５ｍｇ／Ｌ，回收率为９７２２％，批内和批间ＣＶ值分别为３８％和３９％。结果表明，本法可对血清视黄醇和α生育酚作出较灵敏和准确的测定。用本法分析了健康人和部分心、脑血管病患者血清视黄醇和α生育酚含量，并对其临床意义进行了初步探讨。 Reverse phase HPLC UV detection method, the same internal standard (retinyl acetate), simultaneous determination of serum retinol and α tocopherol.
