采用反相HPLC紫外检测法,利用同一内标物(视黄醇醋酸酯),同时测定血清视黄醇和α生育酚。本法在视黄醇为1000μg/L、α生育酚为10mg/L内线性良好。视黄醇最低检限为10μg/L,回收率为9624%,批内和批间CV值分别为31%和33%;α生育酚最低检限为05mg/L,回收率为9722%,批内和批间CV值分别为38%和39%。结果表明,本法可对血清视黄醇和α生育酚作出较灵敏和准确的测定。用本法分析了健康人和部分心、脑血管病患者血清视黄醇和α生育酚含量,并对其临床意义进行了初步探讨。
Reverse phase HPLC UV detection method, the same internal standard (retinyl acetate), simultaneous determination of serum retinol and α tocopherol. This method in the retinol 1000μg / L, α tocopherol 10mg / L within a good linear. This method was used to analyze the contents of serum retinol and alpha-tocopherol in healthy people and some patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The clinical significance was also discussed.
