本文以凝胶等电聚焦电泳方法测定150例原发性肝癌患者、100例良性肝病患者和112例正常人血清α1AT(Pi)表型的分布。统计学检验说明:(1)我们的烽样结果符合Hardy—Weinberg平衡定律;_(2)M2等位基因的相对危险度在2.18-21.96,平均为7.502±3.836。因此,M2的出现在肝癌的检测中有重要意义。
In this paper, the distribution of serum α1AT (Pi) phenotype in 150 cases of primary liver cancer, 100 cases of benign liver disease and 112 cases of normal persons was determined by gel electrophoresis. Statistical tests show that: (1) The results of our samples fit the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law; (2) The relative risk of the M2 allele ranged from 2.18 to 21.96 with an average of 7.502 ± 3.836 . Therefore, the emergence of M2 in the detection of liver cancer is of great significance.
