【摘 要】
：
患者,女,34岁,因“发现右上腹包块7个月”入院. 患者2年前曾于当地镇医院行胆囊切除术. 7个月前,无意中发现右上腹包块,约10 cm×8 cm大,由于当时妊娠已5个月,未作相应处理.

患者,女,34岁,因“发现右上腹包块7个月”入院. 患者2年前曾于当地镇医院行胆囊切除术. 7个月前,无意中发现右上腹包块,约10 cm×8 cm大,由于当时妊娠已5个月,未作相应处理. 2个月前,患者在当地县医院行剖宫产术产一子,术中对右上腹包块穿刺,抽出黄色液体,未予特殊检查,包块未予切除. 入院查体: 一般情况可;腹膨隆,右上腹见一圆形突起,右上腹肋缘下见一10 cm斜形手术瘢痕,下腹正中部见一15 cm横形手术瘢痕,未见肠型及异常蠕动波,未见腹壁浅静脉怒张;腹软,全腹无压痛、反跳痛,右上腹可触及一直径为15 cm包块,质稍硬,移动性好;余无阳性体征发现.
