目的探讨碘盐含碘量检测质量的影响因素及其控制,提高检验结果质量。方法实验分析探讨碘盐中IO-3离子的迁移性、所用试剂磷酸中还原性杂质对碘盐检测结果的影响。结果IO-3离子在碘盐中有迁移现象,可随食盐中水份的流向发生同方向的迁移,使碘盐中碘量分布出现区域性改变;碘盐碘量检测所用试剂磷酸可能含有不可忽视量的还原性杂质;提出了检查磷酸中还原性杂质的简单方法。结论为避免检测结果偏差,在碘盐监测检验中要充分混匀样品及避免IO-3离子迁移损失;有必要检查所用试剂磷酸的还原性杂质量,确定其是否符合使用的质量要求。
Objective To explore the influential factors and control of iodine salt iodine content testing quality and to improve the quality of test results. It is necessary to check the amount of reducing impurities of phosphoric acid used in the reagent to determine whether it meets the quality requirements for use.
