近年来,未成年人犯罪比率不断提高,未成年人犯罪群体成为犯罪群体中的组成部分。未成年人自身具有特殊性,本身心理发育不健全,不能完全判别是非。同时,社会不良气息对他们的腐蚀性比较大,当他们权利受到侵犯时不知如何维护,一气之下容易选择暴力行为甚至极端的暴力行为,把自己推向了犯罪的道路,同时也给他人和社会造成了巨大的危害。本文将从现状出发,对社区矫正与人权保护的关系进行分析。

Minors have their own particularity, their own psychological development is not perfect, can not completely distinguish right and wrong. At the same time, the bad social atmosphere is more corrosive to them. When their rights are infringed, they do not know how to defend themselves. They are easily anglicized to choose violent acts or even extreme acts of violence, pushing themselves to the path of crime while also causing others and society A huge harm.
