为了解决声速测井仪井下仪器中在高温下可控硅直通的弊病,我们试验了加负偏压的可控硅触发线路。试验证明,这种线路一般可耐温160℃以上,比原来未加偏压的线路平均提高温度30℃以上。
In order to solve the shortcomings of SCR through-hole at high temperature in the sonic logging tool, we tested the SCR triggering circuit with negative bias. Test proved that this line can be generally resistant to temperature above 160 ℃, than the original line is not biased to raise the average temperature above 30 ℃.
