目前的大学英语教学不能满足国际化教育和社会专业发展的需要,需要大学英语老师向ESP教师转型并正确定位ESP教师角色。正确定位角色可以通过发挥ESP教师的主观能动性、借由师资培训和团队学习来达到目的。
Current college English teaching cannot meet the needs of international education and social professional development. It requires college English teachers to transition to ESP teachers and correctly position the ESP teacher role. Correctly positioning the roles can be achieved through exerting the subjective initiative of ESP teachers, and by teacher training and team learning.
