重点场所的公共安全应急管理是一项涉及众多职能部门,高度综合的复杂问题。本文简要介绍了公共安全应急管理的研究现状,分析了当前存在的问题,提出了重点场所公共安全应急管理的解决对策。在对策中,提出了建立二维与三维GIS结合的应急管理综合应用平台,提高视频监控系统的利用率,逐步建立决策支持系统和预案评估系统,以提高应急管理的科学性和有效性。
Public safety emergency management in key places is a highly complex and complicated issue involving many functional departments. This article briefly introduces the research status of emergency management of public safety, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the solutions to the emergency management of public safety in key places. In the countermeasure, we put forward to establish an emergency management integrated application platform combining 2D and 3D GIS, improve the utilization rate of video surveillance system, and gradually establish decision support system and preplan evaluation system to improve the scientific and effective emergency management.
